About Betty Locke

As a high school student in Battle Creek Michigan Betty imagined herself an art teacher. As often happens life prevented her from pursuing that dream. Marriage, kids and the family business kept her busy until she retired at age 58.

Betty's first art instructor was the talented Chris DiDomizio in Atlanta who got her started. It became obvious to everyone that God had gifted Betty with a very special talent that we all began watching unfold on canvas.

Trying to cram 30 years of art training into the next 10 years took Betty to Scottsdale Arizonia, Fredericksburg Texas, New Salem New York and Tuscany Italy, and other workshops to accelerate her skills. She studied under some of the best art teachers in the country and her paintings reflect that excellent training.

So much more could be said, but her work speaks for itself.
